Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our factory you will receive an email and SMS message from our delivery partner DPD to advise you that they have your parcel. The morning of your delivery you will receive further updates and an hour window for your parcel delivery. You will also be able to ask DPD to leave with a neighbour or deliver on a different day.
Q. When will my order be delivered?
For decorated or logo items we quote delivery of 7-10 working days from approval of logo. For PPE or non decorated items we quote 2-3 working days for delivery. We also have a huge range of items that are visually marked as Next Day delivery items.
Q. How do I return an item?
If you would like to return all or part of your order, you can find our returns procedure here.
Q. Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once you place an order you can cancel this within 24 hours unless it is a next day item and has already been dispatched. Any items ordered with logo or decoration are non returnable unless faulty

Q. Will I see a sample of my Logo?
Yes, you will see a sample of your logo once you have placed your first order. Your logo must be approved by you before we decorate the garments. It will usually take 2-5 days to receive your logo approval, this will be either posted to you or sent via e-mail. We will keep your logo on file for any future orders.
